WALBOOM

  We are WALBOOM (Val-Boom), a project formed through friendship and masked in anonymity. Recorded from our respective continental homes of Canada and Australia, WALBOOM has been years in the making. What started as a friendship between two coworkers eventually grew into a family as roommates. We toured together, ate together, cried together and everything in between, but the good times came to an abrupt end when the law sought to banish one of us back to our homeland. Creating a dark void of creative longing, the only solution was not more cowbell, but something destined to make a splash and rejuvenate our creative spirits; WALBOOM.

  Our debut single “Vultures” is an alt pop wonderland made to excite your innards and move your extremities. Rooted in our strong desires to be successful, safe and content, 'Vultures' sings to you about our human need to escape our hardships in search of a better life.
